DOMESTIC ORDERS IN ESTONIA

Omniva Parcel Machine

Domestic parcels will be sent by OMNIVA services (parcel machine). In this method, when your parcel arrives at the parcel machine, you'll be notified by SMS which contains the door code, the location of the parcel machine, the return code and the end of the storage period. Omniva Courier

You can also choose this way to receive your order. In this method ,the parcel will be delivered by courier to your address usually within 1-3 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and set a proper time to deliver the parcel .  

Omniva Post Office

When the order arrives at the post office, You will be sent an SMS with a notification. The customer is obliged  to keep the barcode on the product packaging until the end of the 14-day return period . The customer can exchange or return the product by using of the specific barcode if it's necessary.

The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact information before placing the order in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products.

The seller is not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in products delivery if they are due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the provided data by the customer when placing the order.

In the event , the parcel doesn't reach to the customer in good condition and closed package , the customer is obliged to inform the e-shop  about this problem by sending a corresponding letter to the e-mail address: montre.treasure@Gmail.com or by calling 58600659.
